Requirement: Master's or equiv. comp science or related; Knowledge of Excel switch & switch kit; Expirienced in CSP, CCS & EXC API; SIP, SS7, VoIP & ISDN, MS SQL administrating.
Skills: C#, Java, Unix, ASP.NET, DHTML, XML, SQL, MS SQL Server. 2 yrs. exp biz mgmt software.
