If you're not ready to purchase and maintain your own switching platform, or would simply like to test-drive our applications, then partitioning on our switch is the answer.

We operate a full collocation and hosting facility with around-the-clock technical support running on our state-of-the-art switching platform, which means that you can focus on running your business while we run your switch.

Partitioning provides the power and support for new carriers to progress at their own pace.

Intelligent Alarm Maintenance & Notification - Automatic email/beeper notification based on user specifications

  • Switch alarm program emails, beeps, and/or performs user- specified actions (resets T1's, channels, etc.) whenever certain switch alarms are encountered
  • Database alarm program emails, beeps and/or performs user-specified actions whenever customer specified parameters are met (low ASR's, short average call lengths, unusually low traffic, etc.)

Web maintenance, billing, and reports

  • Customers can perform maintenance on their partition (reset, put T1's or channels in or out-of-service, etc.)
  • Customers can view the status and call progress of their calls, all in real time
  • Customers can have customizable reports displayed and/or emailed to them showing up-to-the-minute CDR's, hourly summary reports, ASR's, average call lengths, durations, etc.
